Building design We have now been granted our outline planning permission, so we can now say that the Joshua Tree Holiday House will be built in Sandiway in Cheshire. We have also appointed EWA (EllisWilliams Architects) to take us through to full planning and to over see the building project. If all goes to plan we should have our full planning permission by the end of December 2009 and hope to start the building in the first half of 2010 To see the beautiful views that the house will offer click on the photo below and drag to rotate the view.
